So that the Companies can carry out profiling activities, consisting of creating a profile based on the data provided and inferred from it, as well as information relating to browsing on the website (inferred, in particular, from online clicks on certain sections) collected through cookies, in order to send promotional messages and/or display online content that is more relevant to that profile through online advertising banners.

Once the above retention periods have expired, the data will be destroyed, deleted, or anonymized, in accordance with technical deletion and backup procedures, without prejudice to the Companies' purpose of protecting their rights and interests, including for accountability purposes.

4 - Nature of data provision   

The provision of personal data is necessary in order to process your request.  

5 - Recipients of the data 

The data is processed by employees of the Companies belonging to the corporate functions responsible for pursuing the above-mentioned purposes, who have been authorized to process the data and who have received adequate operating instructions. 

The data is processed, on behalf of the Companies, by third parties who provide services instrumental to this purpose, designated as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, such as companies offering IT or marketing and communication services. 

The data may be processed by external parties acting as independent data controllers entitled to receive the data, such as public authorities or professional firms. 

6 - Transfer of data outside the EU  

The data may be transferred to entities established outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to the United States, a country deemed adequate by the European Commission within the limits of the "EU-US Data Protection Framework" of July 10, 2023.  

Where the entities to which the data are transferred are located in a "third country" without an adequacy decision, the standard contractual clauses (SCC) referred to in Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR will be stipulated, a copy of which may be obtained by the data subjects by contacting the Company at the contact points indicated in paragraph 1 above. 

7 - Rights of data subjects    

Interested parties may exercise their rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR by contacting the Companies at the contact points indicated in paragraph 1, and in particular: 

  • obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, request access to such data and the information referred to in Article 15 of the GDPR (purposes of the processing, categories of personal data, etc.); 
  • obtain the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR; 
  • request the erasure of personal data in the cases provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR, if the Companies no longer have the right to process them1 ;  
  • obtain the restriction of processing (i.e., the temporary subjection of the data to storage only), in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR2 ; 
  • object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him/her on the basis of legitimate interest; 
  • at any time, object to receiving promotional communications from Digital360, as well as revoke the consent given to it for this purpose (including by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email); 
  • if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means, request to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another controller without hindrance, pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR ("right to portability"). 

In any case, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State where you habitually reside or work or in the state where the alleged violation occurred.
